We just ate there for the first time this evening.....It will NOT be the last....everything was delicious.....The prices are about 30 - 50 PP and worth every penny....we all had different dishes and one was better than the other. The service was a 10...The whole experience was a 10...PLEASE go and enjoy some wonderful cooking. The decor was lovely and extremely clean....even as we looked into the kitchen it was spotless....We cannot wait to go back and try other delights....OH yes, the homemade bread is amazing....
We came here for my birthday. I love to find local restaurants to help support and this place had great reviews. After coming here, I see why! We did come here for an early dinner and it was pretty empty, which is unfortunate because their food is amazing, the restaurant is decorated clean and classy, and their service was excellent. The complementary bread basket was delicious. We ordered the Burrata and the stuffed mushrooms as appetizers, both of which were amazing, but I would come back just for those stuffed mushrooms. I ordered the Branzino which came with mashed potatoes and a side of veggies. The fish was served with capers and a delicious lemon sauce. My son ordered spaghetti with red sauce and we got a couple of desserts. All in all a really good, local owned, Italian restaurant that more people should come to because they deserve to stay in business! I hope when I come back next time, the dining room will be full!
I dined here for the first time last week and the food was scrumptious! The service was excellent! Our waiter was very friendly!!! I feel that we made a friend for life! My friends and I spent hours here catching up and we didn't feel rushed! We shared the hot antipasto for two, the faroe island salmon tricolore and clams in a lemon butter sauce! The fresh bread was incredibly soft and perfect for soaking it in the lemon butter sauce that the clams came in! Currently they don't have their liquor license. They do have their wine and beer license and we brought a bottle of wine to share with our dinner. The corkage fee at $20 is very reasonable. Don't judge the place by its location (it's located in a strip mall)and go inside and enjoy an amazing meal! I will definitely be back!
The best Italian food in LV. Excellent service, in very nicely appointed restaurant. A must try!!
I returned to Gondola for my second visit, and once again the food and service were outstanding! I tried the shrimp stuffed with crab meat from the rotating menu, and it was delicious! It sat in a buttery sauce and came with vegetables and a potato croquette. Everything was delicious. My friend had one of the pastas from the rotating menu and it was very flavourful. We tried the cheesecake and it was unique - tasty and not sweet. I can't wait to come back!
I'm constantly searching for distinctive, charming spots that stand out from chain restaurants. This place met those criteria. Celebrated our birthdays here with a friend. The interior was a bit bright, but I appreciated its unpretentious style. Focused on the food rather than the environment. Location was unique and unassuming in a strip mall. Lucky for me. Also very close to home. Outstanding service from Manny, who kept our glasses full. The owner visited each table. The appetizer, grilled portobello mushroom, was delightful. One of the specials, stuffed shrimp for the main course was excellent, and the sauce was a perfect addition. Splurged on dessert with ricotta cheesecake - a solid choice, not overly sweet. Crème brûlée was crisp on top, smooth and silky inside. I'm ready to go back and try the lasagna. Thank you for having us and we look forward to seeing you again.
Came here to celebrate my 50th birthday. My husband asked me where I wanted to go and remembered seeing this place on IG and figured we should try it. Hubby made a reservation since there were 8 of us. When you arrive at the location, it's a bit bleh. It's a small looking hole in the wall look from the outside but as soon as you walk in, you're in for a surprise! Very nice and elegant as soon as you get in. We were greeted by the servers and they were all so attentive from start to finish. Food was excellent! We will definitely be back again! Oh and the chef came out when we finished our meal and asked how everything was which I thought gave the place more of a charm and family atmosphere!
Classy and quiet restaurant. Went to order takeout with a family member and felt underdressed cause I didn't expect it to be so pretty inside. Staff was decent. It was awkward my family member ordered a beer and they didn't offer me water or ask me if I wanted anything until after the beer came. The bread and pasta was filling and good that we took home. Definitely a good restaurant for date night or if you want a quiet dinner!
My friend and I went to eat here shortly after they opened their doors for the day. They do not seem to be busy in the morning or afternoon, so you most likely won't need a reservation. The restaurant may seem fancy for lunch due to the rose centerpieces, covered chairs, and fine dining plate settings, but it is quite worth the visit no matter the time of day and not any more expensive than other Italian restaurants for lunch. Nabiha was taking care of the FOH and she was a sweetheart! She was always smiling and creating genuine conversations with us. She first brought out some fresh bread which was delicious! They were little knots that pulled apart so delicately. Every other dish that followed was amazing. The sauce for my linguini and clams surpassed my expectations and previous experiences of the dish at other restaurants. It was like a broth I could pour in a tumbler and drink on cold days. I was in love. Even the side of vegetables that accompanied our dishes had so much flavor! The limoncello tiramisu was a fantastic addition to the dessert menu. I was actually surprised it wasn't as tart as I thought I'd be. Throughout our service, Nabiha was attentive and friendly. The only hiccup I caught was that the music was turned on too late in which it should have been playing prior to opening, but I don't think that took away from the dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're craving Italian food. If you want more of a lively environment, I suggest eating here later in the day.
